Aplikasi bantu sistem penerimaan calon mahasiswa baru

Saat ini pengguna komputer sudah sangat banyak, begitu juga dengan pengguna komputer jinjing yang disebut dengan laptop atau notebook. Banyak alasan kenapa saat ini laptop begitu diminati, salah satunya karena memiliki mobilitas yang begitu tinggi dan saat ini harganya pun semakin terjangkau. Banyak para pengguna laptop ingin menyelesaikan permasalahan pada laptop sendiri. karena laptop sangat rentan mengalami masalah. Oleh sebab itu sangat dianjurkan bagi pemilik laptop untuk memberikan pertolongan pertama ketika laptop bermasalah sebelum memutuskan untuk menyerahkan ketempat servis.

Sistem pakar pendeteksi kerusakaan hardware pada laptop ini merupakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam mendeteksi kerusakaan pada laptop dan dapat dijalankan di device yang berbeda seperti mobile device. Aplikasi ini dikembangan untuk kerusakaan tingkat menengah kebawah yang tidak memerlukan keahlian khusus. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode backward chaining yang dimulai dari kerusakan yang bertujuan untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan pada laptop dan implementasi menggunakan  MySQL sebagai database, bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai pakar yang bertujuan untuk pengelola aplikasi ini dan Android(bahasa pemrograman J2ME) sebagai konsultasi yang digunakan oleh pengguna.

This study investigates the influence of the quality of interpersonal communication, achievement motivation, and creativity to productive behavior KSM members of the Community Self-Reliance Agency Program PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan in Ujungberung District of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical picture of the influence of the quality of interpersonal communication, achievement motivation, and creativity to the behavior of productive members of KSM. The hypothesis proposed is a significant difference between: the quality of interpersonal communication to productive behavior, achievement motivation to productive behavior, creativity to productive behavior, the quality of interpersonal communication, achievement motivation and creativity together to productive behavior members of KSM.

Abstract

This research aims to propose a module that can used to be the manual direction of parents in order to giving the early education to their children. Child as a part of the family member are very influenced by the care of their parents to giving education to them. So that the role of a parent in this case are very important to maximize all of the child potential. Throughout module which using the early childhood education approach based on family hopefully can guide the parents to wisely educate their children. Module is used in this case, in case of many parents didn’t know yet to clearly understand their important roles to educate a child in order to maximize all of their potential. And also one of the module characteristic is self-instruction so that it will be easily to learn by the parents to become the self-learner, don’t need the instructor. Inside of the module will contain how important are the roles of the parents to giving education to their child and contain the instructions how to be good parents to educate their child wisely and carelessly. The module also accessible because available on internet. The using of module by parent can guide the children for increasing cognitive, physical, and socioemotional development.

A Model to Build Performance for Batik Craftsmen in Competition Era

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is proposed a model, that can be accomodated for constructing performance in the level of design for adults. Performance for adults in the competition era is an arena  to build an advantage quality of life, especially on facing competition era for adults society who works in the batik sector.Two main variables observed in this research, namely adult learning characteristics in competition era, and universal design characteristics that affect to rise the awareness of batik craftsmen for producing performance in batik design.

Learning behavior characteristics for adult in competition era, that proposed in this research based on the condition of adults in facing competition era, which contains indicator as proposed by Eikenberry (2015) namely: explorer, reflexive, self actuating agent, and integrator. Learning behavior characteristics for adult, will be performing, if stimulated  by universal design characteristic, as the main ware that must be mastered by adults who worked as a craftsmen at batik sector. According to this research the indicator universal design containt four indicators, namely: supportive, addaptable, accessability, and safe.

According to this research learning behavior characteristics and universal design characteristics, will be together affect to the adults performance in the competition area, because performance will be rising, if the adults has a knowledge and skill in batik design, and also stimulated by hearing voice of customer, that explain needs and wants of customer in global market. Final result depict that the needs of learning design, must be stimulated by well known first the characteristics of customer first which learn in universal design characteristics, and finaly learning characteristics togethe with universal design characteristics, will assure to accommodate the awareness  the performance of adults in improving quality of life directly.

Independent Learning Model to Improve the Ability of Self Development in ICT Literacy Education for Early Childhood Teachers

The development of information and communication technologies have not been followed by rapid learning program that aims to optimize the function of the information for personal development early childhood teachers. Learning program to improve early childhood literacy for teachers do not fully use the approach Andragogy and heutagogy. The result of the not yet have a early childhood teacher  learning independence optimize the function of ICT for development. The research objective is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the development model of self-learning ICT literacy education to enhance the ability of self-development early childhood Teachers.  The results showed the learners need learning model that directs independence with Heutagogy approach to improving ICT literacy and self-development. The result of a development model that applied showed an increased ability to discover, to access, to evaluate, to manage and to communicate information. The effectiveness of the model can be seen from the effects of learning on ICT literacy of 19.2%. The impact on self-development amounted to 37.8%. The residents were able to learn the proper  functioning of the information for self-development independently. Development of ICT literacy learning model can improve the literacy skills and self-development independently. The higher the ICT literacy skills of participants, the higher the ability to develop themselves, supported by self-learning ability.

So, the change is a certainty, like stated by Heraclitus 26 century ago, that nothing endures but change. However, not all change has impacted on raising of life quality and life or beneficence, but there are many also have impacted on slope of life quality and life or badness. Because of that for getting the benefit of position from a change then needed capacity to assimilate judiciously and brainy based on core moral values, sciences and skill which still growing. Abstract - human resource development is a series of planned activities designed by the organization to give opportunity for members to learn the skills needed to meet the requirements of the current work and their future job. The training is informal education that became one of the efforts in the development of human resources. Social workers are required to have a special ability both in planning services development models, evaluate social policy. Therefore BBPPKS Bandung, as training institutions have the responsibility of strengthening the competence of social workers through the training event. This article will describe how the contribution and the effects of a training in improving the performance of human resources. The success of the development and the ministry of social welfare is influenced by the performance of the professional social worker.

THE PATTERN OF INFORMAL EDUCATION IN PRESERVING THE CULTURE

The family is the first educational institution in human life. The process of transformation of attitudes, knowledge and skills occurs from parents to children running on an informal basis. The strategic role of the family as an institution in which there is a father and mother in the transfer of knowledge, attitudes and skills to children occur naturally in everyday life. Transformation to use the role of care, errands, prohibition, and guidance to the child. The family of performers Karawitan make the transfer of knowledge, attitudes and skills to their children. Karawitan art informal education in the family is one of the educational endeavor to preserve the art and local culture that has begun extinct. Family education affects the interests and talents of children to want to learn and preserve the art Karawitan. Art Karawitan as the local wisdom of the nation's cultural extinction over time needs to be preserved. So that a cultural transformation in the form of art Karawitan need to be preserved through the family as an institution, first and foremost human beings.

The focus of research is how the pattern of informal education on family education in preserving the art Karawitan. This study used a qualitative approach case study. The results showed that the family inculcate the culture of art Karawitan to children who performed in several stages, include, 1) instill basic learning that includes attitudes, knowledge and skills. The attitude pervades a sense of pleasure, a sense of cultural pride and culture. Cultural values include the nature 'nrimo' (receiving), obedient to parents, love art culture Karawitan be beneficial for the child. While the knowledge and skills include knowledge of the musical art of asking and discussing with parents, have the basic skills of learning musical artfully tried randomly. Stage two (2) that is the transformation of knowledge, attitudes and skills Karawitan art is done in groups. The role of parents is crucial when studying musical arts in groups. Start playing the instrument properly, harmonize the tone of the music with the other tools, as well as sharpen the sensitivity in playing this instrument musical arts. . The next stage (3) advanced training that began to be given time independent study with the objective of training skills play an instrument. This stage children begin to feel hard playing musical arts, but behind it appeared pride that 'he has the ability'. The fourth stage (4) is evaluating the ability of cultured. Various training is given in order to facilitate the artful Karawitan. Then do the 'smoothing' or harmonization of beats, how to play an instrument as well as the proper sense 'enjoy' playing musical. The last stage (5) that the independence artful karawitan. At this stage the children are removable to play instruments (gamelan) independently grouped in teams. So a good team if they can play a musical harmoniously with pleasure.

Informal education in the family to preserve the musical arts can play a role by providing the first experience in children in the karawitan play, ensure the child's emotional life artful karawitan, moral education, the foundation of religion, and became a friend of discussion for children. So the effort to preserve the musical arts can be achieved because the process of informal education in the family and received a positive response from the child.

ABSTRACT

 

Lifelong education is an education system that is carried by humans from birth until death. Implementation of lifelong education in creating a learning society can give the contribution for  the human resources quality. One of  lifelong education implementation in non-formal education lane is through the training unit.

The implementation of lifelong learning through a training program started by  planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation. Management training programs must be managed effectively to achieve maximum results.

The first step in managing the training program is planning. In this step,  should be analyzed the training needs of institutional training needs, unity of the units within the institution or individual training needs and then plan the training programs  to design the curriculum in a participatory manner with the involvement of various parties. The second step is the organizer. In this step, need to focus on communication, logistics, facilitators, participants and other supporting infrastructure. The third step is the implementation. in this step, it should be consistent with what has been planned. The last step  in the management training program is the evaluation and follow-up.  a lot of training that has been organized and carried out, but after that there was no follow-up again. Training evaluation and follow-up is very important to know the various shortcomings, weaknesses and strengths of  training events and processes.
