Mentoring and Curriculum Development Model to Improve Quality of Non-Formal Education (PNF) in Banten Province

Non-formal Education Provider (PNF) serves as an educational institution replacement (substitution), risers (supplement) and complement (complement). Relating to this, the management of PNF particularly in Banten province need to improve the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, so that it will achieve the qualified graduates. The model of mentoring and curriculum development of PNF built in this research, it was conducted through the training and retraining for instructors at these institutions. The model was begun with an analysis done by integrated, so that the material submitted content meets the standards of expected competence. Then, the curriculum development of PNF begins with the analysis of social indicators based on community needs. Based on these indicators, they became the foundations of the new model of curriculum PNF in Banten Province.
