Development Of Integrated Learning Model Of Soft Skills And Hard Skill In Raising The Competence Of Citizens Learning Institute Courses On Beauty

Abstract

 

This research left the problem of how initial conditions of learning at the Institute of beauty courses, how conceptual models of integrated learning soft skills and hard skill, how the implementation of an integrated learning model of soft skills and hard skill, and how the effectiveness of the integrated learning model of soft skills and hard skill that can enhance the competence of citizens Learning Institute courses on beauty.

 

The theory informing educational theory research is out of school, learning models,

integrated learning, competence of citizens learning, and beauty courses. The approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach and approach & development ( Research and Development; R & D ), research methods used is the method description and experiments.

 

The results showed that: (1) the initial conditions of learning at institutions of course beauty, still dominated by the tutor, citizens areless involved in learning,  (2) validation experts have produced a conceptual model of integrated learning in enhancing the competence of citizens learning, (3) the implementation of a model can generate models of integrated learning model of soft skills and hard skill to improve the competence of citizens learning, (4) models of integrated learning model of soft skills and

hard skill developed in this study in accordance with the qualitative or quantitative analysis of the results of the test results has been effectively increases the competence of citizens Learning Institute courses on beauty, the conclusion from this study is that the integrated learning model of soft skills and hard skill developed turned out to have been effective in improving the competence of citizens Learning Institute courses on beauty.
