QUALITY MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION: AS A INSTRUMENT OF LEARNING PROCESS FOR INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL INCREASE

Intellectual capital is keys of competitiveness. Intellectual capital is an intangible capital. It’s as knowledge to create value and benefits, thats cognitive capabilities, skills, attitudes and experiences. An organization or group context, intellectual capital are accumulation of personal capabilities. Intellectual capital improvement requires continuous learning process, routine, and sustainable. So that learning process should be done in variety activities so that allow every individual can learn at any time. The literature suggests that quality management implementation can encourage created of continuous learning process on every individual in a workplace. Thus quality management implementation of can be used as an instrument to improve learning process in company's intellectual capital. The steps are (1) ensure the quality management implementation is good, that in accordance with continuous improvement principle, (2) identification of learning process to improve intellectual capital. Based on study was obtained, that learning process in quality management implementation encourages individuals to acquire knowledge, construct new knowledge and practice the knowledge. This indicates there are an increase in mastering of knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience.
