ECD MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION BETWEEN THE COMPETENCE EDUCATION IN IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONALISM OF EDUCATORS ECD (Early Childhood Educator Study Results DIKSAR in Bandung)

This research is motivated by the importance of the role of an educator in the education system, educators must have professionalism in teaching. For that needs to be studied more in depth how efforts should be made to enhance the professionalism of early childhood educators to include early childhood educators with the Basic Training so knowing how ECD management integration with the competence to enhance the professionalism of an educator. An educator can be categorized professional if they have indicators of competency professionalism of teachers as follows: 1). Always make concrete planning and detail that are ready to be implemented learners in learning activities; 2). Trying to change the old mindset into a new mindset that puts the learner as an architect builder of ideas and teachers to work to serve and act as a partner of learners so that meaningful learning events directly to all individuals; 3). Being critical and dare resist the will of the less instructive; 4). Willing to change the pattern of action in promoting the role of learners, teachers play and the style of teaching; 5). Dare to convince the school, parents and the community in order to favor the interests of learners who tend sulitditerima by lay people by using a logical argument and critical; 6). Be creative in developing and producing works of education. According to Siti Yati Mulyati and Aan Komariah, 2014: 9 efforts to do improve the professionalism of education by educating management understand and have four competency: 1). Pedagogical competencies; 2). Competency personality; 3). Social competence and 4). Professional competencies. By increasing the professionalism of early childhood educators it is hoped will generate future educators who will not play again as a teacher, but it will become a coach, mentors and managers learn.
