Abstract. The utilization of ICT until now could not be used optimally, particularly for the education in Indonesia. In addition, the choice of approaches, models, strategies, tactics and techniques in learning processes in order to provide a learning experience for the students it is still not optimal and in accordance with the true nature of learning. Learning experience are effectively and efficiently can be reached by using the concept of SETS, which all started from studying what can be seen and felt through natural (environment). Then how students can learn the knowledge openly and can be supported by using ICT. So in the end the students can apply to the life and share the knowledge acquired. Blended Learning with Applications LMS is a place for students to be able to explore and discuss from various circles of what he found in nature. This fact is crucial in supporting the learning process dependently or independently, to create quality human resources. The purpose of this idea is to maximize the use of ICT in education, improve the quality of the learning experience are effective and efficient through lifelong learning and implementation of blended learning using application of LMS, and improving the learning experience for both educators and for learners.
